SCALE OF COMMISSION
The sale:
The practice in Luxembourg is that the client using a real estate professional is required to pay the commission. In fact, agency fees are generally due by the seller insofar as it is the seller who signs the sales mandate with the agency.
However, to the extent that the agent’s service is not only rendered to the seller, but also to the buyer, a share of the commission may be considered.
Consequently, it may be provided for in an advertisement this wording: selling price 400 000 €, the agency’s fees will be borne by the seller.
A commission payable by the buyer may also be provided if the buyer signs a search mandate.
Our sales commissions amount to 3% + VAT 17%.

The rental of a property:
The agency fee for the rental is a monthly rent + VAT 17%. They will be charged to the tenant.

The estimate is free of charge.

The rental of a commercial space:
The agency fee for the rental is a monthly rent + VAT 17%. They will be charged to the tenant.
